Doubly saluted for keeping up the health standards which twice before had earned them kudos were: Baltimore, Hackensack (N. J.), Newark, Palo Alto (Calif.), Schenectady (N. Y.).
Also saluted were these counties: Columbia, N. Y.; Davidson, Tenn.; Pike, Miss.; Shawnee, Kans.; Dallas, Tex.; Los Angeles, Calif. Doubly saluted for maintaining previous high standards was El Paso County, Tex.
