Out of a job last autumn after leaving the Securities & Exchange Commission, Joseph Patrick Kennedy went to Europe to rest. Shortly after his return he sat down to write a recapitalization plan for Radio Corp. of America, receiving a fee of $150,000 for his pains (TIME, Feb. 10).
