"We are still waiting for the Head of the Church of Rome to condemn . . . Italy," snorted President Baron Dickinson of the World Alliance for Promoting International Friendship through the Churches last week in London. Stoutly rebutting for the Supreme Pontiff, Most Rev. Arthur Kinsley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Westminster, explained that the Holy Father is "a helpless old man. ... As Head of the Church he has no grounds to interfere in purely political matters unless invited."
