Few months ago two cocky young Harvardrmen decided that Massachusetts, which is liberally endowed with giveaway country weeklies, had no good ones. To amend the situation they started the Brookline Citizen in Boston's swankest suburb, proceeded to give it away to some 18,000 Brooklinites.
