In Harrisburg, Pa. one day last week the State House of Representatives was opened with prayer by Rev. Frank W. Ruth, Democratic floor leader. Prayed Mr. Ruth:
"Our Heavenly Father, we thank Thee that Thou hast given us a new day for service. We pray that Thy spirit will help us to use this day for Thy glory and for the good of our fellowmen.
