The Lindberghs, Charles Augustus & Anne. spent last week flying their red-bodied, white-winged Lockheed monoplane around Labrador. From Cartwright, where they were guests of Hudson's Bay Co., they jaunted inland 25 mi. to Muskrat Falls, returned via Melville Lake. Another day they pushed up the coast 150 mi. until they found themselves in a soupy fog, then sat down at Hopedale. Mrs. Lindbergh exclaimed over the "wild picture of indescribable beauty" presented by Labrador's inland landscape. But, as nearly everyone knows, the Lindberghs were not on a sightseeing trip....
