¶To the court action brought by the receiver for Chicago's Drake Hotel to oust the founder's sons, John & Tracy Drake, from their rent-free nine-room suites (TIME, June 19): a court order for the Drakes to pack up and move. The Drakes packed up and moved off—the Tracy Drakes on a motor trip, the John Drakes to a Sheridan Road apartment.
