A prime exhibit of "Bawdy Boston" (expose article in Plain Talk by Walter W. Liggett (TIME, Dec. 23) was Oliver Bridge Garrett, onetime "million-dollar cop" of the Boston police force, now a pensioner of Massachusetts taxpayers.
