In Greensburg, Pa., new convicts at Westmoreland County jail were presented by the warden with a "greetings" folder such as hotels hand their guests. Excerpts : "My friend, for a little while you and I are compelled to live under the same roof, and, in a way, to be in each other's company. You come without invitation from me.
