Foreign News: Byng Sits Up

A new scandal was unearthed at Scotland Yard last week, and London's police commissioner, General Lord Byng of Vimy, Viscount of Thorpe-le-Soken, sat up all night to investigate it. Bolshevik agents were said to be learning British troop movements with amazing promptitude.
