I read your new Fashion Department with, I will confess a critical but, I am sure, unmercenary eye. I wish now to express my approval qualified by one or two suggestions. In the first place, I am afraid that you do not always seize upon the most significant developments. But this defect will probably be corrected as you acquire familiarity with your subject.
