Horace E. Dodge, Dodge Bros. (motor cars) heir, makes motor boats at Detroit. Last week, while he disported himself in the Far West (see p, 22), his company issued a statement based on information Mr. Dodge lately collected in Europe: "Since the American public has started a definite movement toward the water for recreational purposes, our [standardized] motor boat industry has grown enormously. ...
