Who owns the best private art collection in the U. S., in Manhattan, even in St. Louis?

There are now so many good private U. S. collections that choice is difficult. Last week Jackson Johnson of St. Louis, Chairman of the International Shoe Co. was reported to have made his collection (a Romney, a Raeburn, etc.) more eclectic by buying in London Van Dyck's "Portrait of Queen Henrietta," painted by order of Charles I.
