His Majesty Albert I, King of the Belgians, purchased last week his seventh personal motorcycle. These brittle, popping steeds are perhaps his most dangerous vice. More than once Belgian policemen have arrested a speeding motorcyclist (TIME, Aug. 16) only to let him go, abashed, when they found he was their King.
