Detroit folk rose last Saturday week for their Lenten breakfasts. Most of their Catholic concitoyens, they reflected, were already at massbreakfastless. Beautiful conception, commendable observation,-but . . . They were going to eat their own breakfasts, would study the Free Press, that carefully edited journal, then to work.
