Last week, Mrs. Miller, widow of Samuel, asked that a receivership be appointed for the Life Publishing Co., brought action to determine a "reasonable" salary for the President, Charles Dana Gibson, famed artist, charging that he had been "recklessly extravagant in managing the Company's affairs, had employed incompetent assistants, paid them excessive salaries.
