President MacCracken announced a new graduate school without dean or faculty or professors or curricula, whither graduates may "return to write the book or play they have held in the back of their brains for years, or take up the study of better schools and prisons, and do the reading every woman plans to do, but scarcely ever finds time for with her duties as housekeeper."
