Over the icy concrete runways of Brooklyn's Floyd Bennett Field one day last week streaked a shiny new sedan with a professional "hell driver" at the wheel. While police and safety officials held their breath the car hurtled over six-inch railroad spikes at 60 m.p.h., had its rear tires slashed by automatic knives.
