Education: Packers' Paradise

Last week Yale founded the first U. S. counterpart of the most famed extracurricular activity in the world—the Oxford Union. Like its model, the Yale Political Union will be a parliamentary debating society with members seated by parties, ruled by floor leaders. Predicted the Yale News: "Those hundreds of Yale men who revel in scheming, in 'packing,' in every crooked practice known to the county boss, will have a paradise especially made for them."
