Ever ingenious in employing the Crown as a catchpenny for England's needy, able friends of the Royal Family set out last week to round up "eminent Georges."

Any George wishing to feel eminent may send money to a Committee of Georges on which last week sat George, Duke of Sutherland, Actor George Arliss, Footballer George Allison, Racehorse Trainer George Lambton, Banker George Drummond, Canadian High Commissioner G. (for George) Howard Ferguson and Old George Lansbury, Leader of the Labor Party who preaches Socialism but practices allegiance to King George.
