Medicine: Sextuplets, Quintuplets

What, according to the Rule of 87, happens only once in 5,000,000,000 times apparently took place last week in Inotest, Rumania, where one Johanna Lordache was reported to have given birth to sextuplets.* Two died immediately. The others seemed destined to live.
