Out onto the balcony of his Palace at Lima marched President Oscar R. Benavides. Up at him gaped 475 Peruvians who had just alighted from 100 motor cars furnished gratis by Lima's Touring Club. "It gives me great satisfaction," boomed President Benavides, "to greet the members of the first tour of Peru ever organized for Peruvians."
