"I do so solemnly swear,'' snapped Mr. LaGuardia, thereupon turning and kissing the plain earnest woman who was once his secretary, is now his wife. "Now we have a Mayor of New York!" exclaimed delighted Inquisitor Seabury, who had whipped together the Fusion Party which turned bumbling Mayor John Patrick O'Brien out of office, turned Tammany upside down....
