INDIA: Sarcasm & Saint

Nearly perfect was a sarcasm uttered last week by ex-Viceroy of India Baron Irwin. Last year while Mr. Gandhi was in London, Lord Irwin was often called his "friend," interceded frequently with the Mahatma on behalf of His Majesty's Government.
