Down the gangplank walked a handsome, fox-bearded gentleman with a black slouch hat and the mysterious manner of the Chief Conspirator in an Italian opera. His name, according to the passenger list, was PROFESSOR CLARENCE SKINNER. Behind the bush of Professor Skinner newshawks instantly recognized the features of Rt. Hon.
