In her biography of Owen D. Young (see p. 51), Authoress Ida Minerva Tarbell relates how he arranged a meeting of John Pierpont Morgan and Belgian Banker Emile Francqui during the Young Plan conferences. Next day Banker Young asked the Belgian how the meeting went. Said M. Francqui: "Fine, Owen Young. I say wow-wow to Mr. Morgan, Mr. Morgan say wow-wow to me, and we go home."
