In Landisville, N. J., Michael Dilazzaro, bystander, criticized the technique of volunteer firemen putting out a blaze in the kitchen of a frame house. While the firemen paused to argue bitterly with Bystander Dilazzaro, the fire went out of control, burned the house down. Michael Dilazzaro was fined $8 for interfering with firemen.
