Having sold their nickel weekly Liberty to Bernarr Macfadden, Publishers Robert Rutherford McCormick and Joseph Medill Patterson last week negotiated the sale of the factory which made Liberty's cheap paper at Tonawanda, N. Y., to International Paper & Power Co. for $4,000,000.
