Swearing-mad German seamen on the steamer Vogtland took many times in vain, last week, the name of their employer, H. Vogemann Co. of Hamburg. The, firm had just transferred the Vogtland from German to Panamanian register, informing her crew that the German minimum they had been receiving now could and would be cut 25% under Panamanian law.
