Last week, the Roman Catholics, who seldom have anything to say on Prohibition.— made clear their position on Birth Control. Simultaneously Presbyterians, who do not make Birth Control an issue, issued a statement on Prohibition which is virtually a Presbyterian tenet. At Philadelphia, the administration committee of the Board of Christian Education of the Presbyterian Church in the U. S.
