Two Senate committees last week began a study of the provisions and implications of the London Naval Treaty. The document was officially before the Foreign Relations Committee where a friendly attitude toward it was manifested by members, including Pennsylvania's Senator Reed and Arkansas' Senator Robinson, both delegates to the London parley.
