¶ Passed the District of Columbia Appropriation Bill.

¶ Passed a bill to construct a $33,500,000 George Washington Memorial Parkway along the Potomac River.

¶ Passed a bill creating a National Employment Service. Already passed by the Senate to combat joblessness are bills to create a stabilization board on public works and to compile employment statistics.

¶ Passed a bill to reorganize the Federal Power Commission by replacing the Secretaries of War, Interior, and Agriculture with three full-time commissioners.
