Time and again Army tacklers broke through to down shifty Moon Mullins and Sprinter Jack Elder. In the second quarter Elder, on his four-yard line, got to an Army pass. Instead of knocking it down and covering receivers, in the fashion proper for goal-line defenders, he caught it, raced 96 yards for the only touchdown of the game....
