The evening's news: announcement by Governor Morgan Foster Larson that he would appoint Dwight Whitney Morrow, U. S. Ambassador to Mexico, to fill Ambassador Edge's seat in the Senate when Mr. Morrow returns from next month's London Naval Conference....
