A despatch from Bucharest, last week, told that Prince-Regent Nicholas of Rumania had forcibly arrested a truculent taxi driver who refused to pull over out of the way of His Royal Highness' roadster. Reputedly "Prince" Nicholas seized the protesting man by the collar, lifted him into his own automobile and sped to the police station, where he left his prisoner." Persons who recall the bantamweight proportions and receding chin of Prince Nicholas, 24, think that this story is a lie.
