While the trial for criminal conspiracy of Albert Bacon Fall and Harry F. Sinclair (TIME, Oct. 31) moved through its second week in the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia, the presiding jurist, Justice Frederick Lincoln Siddons, became more & more an object of public interest.
