During the War, air law was mostly honored by nonobservance, and civilians in Europe suffered from air raids and bombardments, law or no law. Now the law of the air has come to have an immediate commercial importance, and in its novelty and subtlety seems to present a fascinating field for jurists. The fascination inherent in the subject probably accounts for the publication in Paris of the first number of a special periodical devoted to this subject— La Revue Juridique de la Locomotion Aérienne.
