An action was recently brought against the Yugo-Slavian Government by Princess Elizabeth, daughter of the late Crown Prince Rudolph of Austria and wife of Prince Otto Windischgratz, over the island of Lacroma, near Ragusa on the Dalmatian coast.

The Princess received the island as a marriage dowry; Yugo-Slavia claimed it under the treaty of Saint Germain.
