Eleutherios Venizelos, Prime Minister and nimble witted "Grand Old Man"
of Greece, arrived in Naples last week, journeyed to Rome, and was
greeted cordially by L'Onorevole Benito Mussolini. The purpose of the
visit was to sign a Greco-Italian pledge of friendship.
M. Venizelos has completely recovered from his slight attack of dengue
fever which recently epidemicked in Greece (TIME, Sept. 3).
