A couple of Bostonians were thwacking each other at the Yankee Stadium in New York last week, thereby enabling Promoter Tex Rickard to collect some $250,000 from 40,000 spectators. They did not do any serious mangling until the fourth round when 192-pound Bostonese-Lithuanian Josef Paul Cukoschay, whose battling name is "Jack Sharkey," knocked down 202½-pound Bostonese-Irishman Edward James Maloney.
