Superior, Wis., is a progressive town with shiny buildings, civic pride and a school board.This school board, headed by the Rev. A. T. Ekblad and backed by the Mayor, intends to prepare Superior children for "life" (i. e., business). In Central High School there has been for 23 years a popular teacher, Lulu J.
