Last week Florida waves were again quiet, and with the tranquillity of the elements followed cessation of hysteria. Doubtless many an earlier report of damage from the hurricane two weeks before had been exaggerated. Doubtless many a late report from real estate men or "developers" had been underestimated. Few knew exactly, accurately, what had happened. What had happened?
