The Senate—

¶ Adopted a resolution offered by Senator LaFollette directing the Treasury to give the Senate the facts as to the earnings of anthracite coal companies.

¶ Adopted a resolution directing the Interstate Commerce Commission to give the Senate a statement showing the number and cost to the railroads of reports which it requires to be made to it.

¶ Adopted a resolution ordering an investigation of the diligence of the Department of Justice in investigation of the Aluminum Co. of America.
