On Dec. 31 the one-year term of President Dr. Jean M. Musy of the Swiss Confederation will expire. Last week the Swiss Federal Assembly, the Bundes-Versammlung, at Bern, chose as his successor according to custom the Vice President, M. Henri Haeberlin, famed Swiss barrister, Minister of Justice for the past year and sometime Premier.
