GERMANY: Reaction to Locarno

Under the chairmanship of President von Hindenburg the Cabinet of the Reich, in full plenary session, recorded unanimously last week its complete concurrence with the procedure of Herr Stresemann and Dr. Luther in initialing the Locarno treaties (see INTERNATIONAL).
