In Paris, Mr. Chauncey Hackett, General Counsel of the Association against the Prohibition Amendment, addressed the Sixth International Congress of Anti-Prohibition Organizations in which France, Austria, Belgium Canada, Denmark, Great Britain, Finland, Norwy, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, were represented.
