Sears, Roebuck & Co., famed Chicago mail-order house, last week elected a new president, Charles M. Kittle, to succeed Julius Rosenwald. Because of the large trading in Sears, Roebuck shares on the New York Stock Exchange, brokerage houses, financial bigwigs evinced interest.
