"I refer," pursued the Congressman eloquently, "to Mr. Will Rogers, who is seated in yonder gallery." Congressional eyes were raised in unison. There was a hushed silence. Mr. Rogers, who was without his lariat, blushed furiously. Then a storm of applause burst from the legislators. Mr. Rogers bowed modestly.
