EGYPT: Minister to U. S.

For the first time in history, Egypt has a minister in Washington. S. Yousry Pasha, Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary of Fouad I, arrived at the U. S. Capital and took up temporary quarters at the Willard Hotel.

Minister Yousry is a Mohammedan, an Oxford graduate, a crack shot, "the best polo player in Egypt."
