Prince Henry, third son of the King, was thrown from a restive horse at Aldershot and suffered a broken ankle. The Prince went to the aid of a recruit who was having some difficulty with his horse. Mounting in place of the trooper the Prince was getting the animal fairly in hand when it threw him and rolled on him.
